TERMS + CONDITIONS
Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)
Last updated: 22 March 2018
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Food Photography + Styling Guides (https://www.foodphotographyguides.com) website (“The Guides”), owned and operated by Dearna Bond (“The Owner”).
Your access to and use of The Guides is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all members and affiliates who access The Guides.
By accessing or using The Guides you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access The Guides.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions to all services sold with a ‘lifetime membership’ offer provide access on an ongoing basis to The Guides. The Owner reserves the right to end these memberships by giving members at least six (6) months notice, and providing all content in a downloadable format, or, by changing over the member to another membership plan of the same or equal value.
Copyright
All content including text, images and videos are copyright to Dearna Bond, and must not be replicated or re-used in any way without the explicit written permission of the owner.
Changes to The Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is required, we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Styling and Photography Masterclass (“Masterclass”)
Please note that the Styling and Photography Masterclass requires a minimum of six (6) participants to run. If this quota is not met, anyone who has signed up will be refunded the course fees in full, in AUD. Those who have purchased a Masterclass membership will be notified via email if this happens. Please note that only the course fees can be refunded – any credit card or other charges incurred by you from your financial institution may still stand.
Once the Masterclass is over, the Masterclass membership area will be closed, and students transferred over to the other styling + photography membership, giving them full access to the Styling + Photography guides and Facebook group. Students will be told before the Masterclass area is closed so that they will have sufficient time to download any course material not available in the other area.
Participation in the weekly and major assignments is optional, though students are strongly encouraged to participate. Students must submit all assignments by the due date to receive feedback – late submissions may not receive any feedback due to the tight scheduling requirements and timing of the course.
